The completion of the sales process was extended due to the inability of the buyer’s loan source to quickly approve the application. “We had seen the Meyer sign on beach rentals when we had been to Gulf Shores so I called the Meyer office and asked if they could recommend and agent who was knowledgeable about purchasing property for rental. Luckily I was referred to Dallas. As soon as I told him what we were interested in and our budget he started sending me appropriate listings by email. In this case appropriate is the important point and the reason we chose to come to Gulf Shores to meet with him. After we toured properties Dallas provided market analyses of the properties we were considering purchasing. He also looked into the associations for probable assessments. Once we made a decision and made an offer Dallas took us through the entire process without any issues that could occur with buyers who are out of town. He met the inspector and did so mush of the leg work that we couldn’t do. We always felt that we were a priority for Dallas. He was awesome during negotiations.
